Jorge is an American citizen, originally from Argentina where he graduated
in Construction technology and Fine Arts.  He served 5 years as an officer
in the Argentine Army, in the Corp of Engineers.

Jorge immigrated to America in 1965 to pursue further studies in art at 
the University of Florida and Southern Methodist University.   He passed 
his Architectural Examination in 1972 in the State of Florida.

Jorge Araujo spent many years working as a contractor for the United States 
Government.  While stationed in Europe and the Middle East as a contractor, 
he was directed to locations such as Germany, Spain, Turkey, North Africa, 
Greece and Saudi Arabia.  During that time, he painted, produced writings, 
and produced prints from his European Tour.  Many are now in the possession 
of collectors all over the world.  His painting website is:

Jorge is now devoted to writing and painting; dividing his time between the 
High Mountains South of Argentina and northern Texas of the United States.
